    Nope, unfortunately.

    As main source of lifespan is energy, and it passed peak.

    Main source of current lifespan is engery.

    The problem is these graphs do not show health status of 75+ people.

    To survive in a future without health care you will need to:

    • Follow low carbohydrate diet (to stop insulin resistance) or have very low food intake
    • Periodically fast (2 days a week best- or long 10 day fast once a year)
    • Engage in HIIT training 3 times a week (to break down glycogen), + core strength (pushups etc)
    • Be lucky not to get cancer
    • Take a baby aspirin a day
    • Metformin is also something that has/is being studied to extend healthy lifespan
  • For info for all points above there is PubMed research to back up. But again, luck is big factor for longevity without lots of health care.

    Cost:

    • Fasting = free
    • HIIT = free
    • Diet = low cost if eating 1 meal a day, support local foods, preferably home grown, lots of fermented food instead of refrigeration (fermented food is very good for your body). Fats also keep long without refrigeration.
    • Not smoking = free
    • asprin = 10c day
    • metformin = $1 day
    • luck = priceless

    Issue with current health propaganda is that over-exsersise is mandated, thus people eat more to fuel body. But they also damage body too much. Eating less is better for your body, but probably will make everybody cranky.

    So the future is lots of angry old people (hopefully I am one of them, but does not look good!) ;-)

    Doing all of that! :) Have for years. Typically just eat one meal per day.
