    How about levitation at room temperature! :-)


    Not nearly as cool as the "quantum locking" shown above, but people still love it when they see the floating top. The magnets they use are quite strong. I've had this magnet spinning in the air for 4+ days. It requires some care with balance and rotation speed. In addition, environmental temperature needs to be fairly stable for longer runs.
