When will we see the Sony NEX 4k CamCorder with A7s Sensor?

The NEX VG900 was released in Sept 2012. Isn't it overdue for an upgrade?
May be, but Sony now do not care much for such cameras. They sold in small quantities.

That camera did not sell because it did not perform well. It would take a Sensor and Processor upgrade + better controls for me to buy one
