    I was talking about the unlimited 4K recording on the cameras sold on this site, not AVCHD, which is supposed to be unlimited recording. If you say that it's safe Vitaliy, I'll try it.

    I can confirm that updating the firmware on the G7 I purchased from this site keeps the unlimited 4K recording, and post focus works fine.

    Does anybody know, if, and if yes when, this post focus update will come for the GH4? For it was announced for the GH4 as well.

    The firmware that enables the DMC-GH4 to comply with Post Focus is scheduled to be released in early 2016.

    I had read that. But I think "early 2016" is almost over and one hears nothing about it.
