To get trick (barely focusable) pictures like this, the Velvet is more consistent but I get as much fun with my Fujian 35mm f/1.7 (around $35) :

To get same results you can get any old 50mm (with bad reputation or defective) and play with it :-)

And reverse mount it. The Venus 60mm actually looks like a reversed lens with new mount!

Is this like the "Where's Wally" pictures, except we have to guess what part of the picture's in focus?

(Well my $2 bet is on the spot in the dress pattern about upper chest, middle).
