Initial Corruption of File

On the eosHD.com website, they tested the patch after release and reported, "Currently the only real bug is that the first half a second of each clip is corrupt but this will of course be fixed soon." Has this been fixed yet? If it has not been fixed yet, do it affect videos that are split into two files at the split as well as the beginning; that is, if you record for an hour and the video is split into two files, does the corruption occur at the beginning of both files?
