The fourth meetup in Barcelona (14th of Mach) was again a success. We started at 7.30pm and it ended at 2am. First of all we ate and drank something in the Franckfurt Pedralbes, waiting for all the people (three new friends joined the Barcelona PV meeting group). At 8.20pm we went to a room with a good video projector, where everyone of us shown to the others some extracts of our works, not only finished ones but (more interesting) first editing and raw material from upcoming ones.
It was really a very interesting activity, more than three hours of discusing projects, ways of working, tools and lenses, hack distributions, "Africa light", experimental filmaking, tips, experiences, etc... We watched material from GH cameras and BMPCC, both in b/n and color modes. We also played a little bit with a BMPCC with speedbooster and a GH1 with a Voighlander 25mm T0,95.
At 12 o'clock we went to a bar to eat something and continue talking and make fun. It was really a good time for all of us, as we all said at the end of the meeting (2 am).
Of course, soon there will be a fifth meeting and we'll be very glad if anyone of you join us!
PS. You can find attached some pics of this meeting.
It was a really nice evening. Greetings to everybody
Hello everybody,
At the end, Barcelona meetings were not continued, even as all the participants enjoyed a lot these opportunities to find friendly people and very passionate with filmmaking. Hopefully there will be new opportunities to have new meetings.
For now, I can announce that tomorrow Friday there will be an screening of a documentary made by our colleague Lucian Segura, shot with Gh2 and Gh3. You can find the information below. Lucian and I will be there. I hope to see you there! :D
