Focus throw on focus-by-wire lenses

    Since the focus on these lenses is not mechanical, is it/would it be possible to change the focus throw on it (shorter for photo, longer for video)?

    You mean with a hack? I think that would be difficult since it's directly related to focusing speed.
    But, actually, you can make it shorter now by focusing fast when you take photos, and longer by doing it slow when recording video.
    Nonetheless, focus by wire is really shitty for filmmaking.
