I wish they had done these kind of small lenses sooner. I mean, that's the point of MicroFourThirds, right? It would have really started more of an interest in mirrorless and the MFT platform sooner. The first lenses were smaller than DSLR but still large. With the Panasonic GM1 and these lenses, they're finally opening up the potential of the format. I like it and it's the first time I think they've nailed it for the average consumer. My only wish is that they have a better price line up, because people can still hardly buy an extra lens. The Olympus 45mm remains the only steal. Yes second hand market is good to pick up 14mm Panasonic.
The Olympus 14-42mm ƒ/3.5-5.6 EZ ED M.Zuiko Digital lens is a well-executed lens. It achieves what appears to be a goal for the smallest size possible, as well as adding in new functions (power zoom) and improving on its optical properties as well.
The lens power zoom work with gh4?
By idea it must, but I do not own this lens.
