3 position counterbalance. This should be a cheap price because the comparison is with the 501, which is a low end video head -- and not a very good one.

Very good find. I am genuinely interested. I've always been underimpressed with Manfrotto, especially with features other than the fluidity of movement. Their slide-in QR plate I've never been a fan of. If these are competitively priced, I'd certainly be in, seriously.

If quality is good, this looks like an interesting system. I guess the Reach 2 kit (4kg payload) would fit my needs (a GH2 with rig with various lenses, external battery etc). http://www.secced.com/description.aspx?id=120

Nope, not much.
They are quite closed company with some problems in sales and marketing.
Hope that we'll be able to get some really working conenctions with time.

In the 10 years since this topic opened has anyone had hands on experience w/ Secced products?
