Fostex DC-R302 remote triggering GH2

    Can anyone who owns or has used this unit confirm whether it is able to remote trigger recording on the GH2? this feature is designed so that when you press record on the Fostex, recording is automatically triggered on the camera. This happens one of two ways;

    1. via an infra-red trigger, which currently i beleive only works with the 5dmk ii, or
    2. through a wire from the Fostex to the remote port on the camera.

    Only way is via cable either directly to camera or wireless trigger receivers on each. To date I have yet to find a cable made specifically for this task. They did send me a wiring diagram to make my own but I'm not that good with that kind of stuff. Had thought of buying two cheap wired triggers and just splicing them together.
