Project settings for DNXHD from Atomos Samurai

I have the same questions about setting up AE for grading Native DNXHD from my Samurai, captured from my AC160...as MikhailK did with the GH3. I couldn't find the subject anywhere. http://www.personal-view.com/talks/discussion/5877/help-setting-up-after-effects-for-gh2-color-grading/p1
Any help with the initial project settings would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
