I am been looking for good quality and affordable price Vest Steadycam Stabilizers:

I know there are Steadycam from Tiffen, the Proaim from India, WONDLAN Leopard and Konova from China. Most of them are very good quality, Proaim would be the most affordable one, but i heard that the quality the not up of the the scratch. However i believe they are all almost the same, it comes down to the person's experience to fly these stabilizers and ability to tune them up.

Then I have found exactly the same as Konova and Wondland but at the half price, here is the list:

I personally would probably go with BSW, as long as i can get it for 1,500 plus postage, if i want to put a big camera i would go with Wondland for $2000.

You already worked with good steadicams?
Tried some vests?
As otherwise it could be big amount of money spent on things you can't operate and with major flaws.

now everything should be working, I personally looking for one, and that's why I done my research, as i found there just not much information, apart of steadycam from US and India, and that cost a bit. I believe that now china makes the best equipment, you just need to find a good price at the right place. As you can guess that most of the Chinese equipment goes back to States just with a different logo and with a double price tag.

Just remember that you will look stupid saving few dollars and buying not a good stuff.

I think that he charges for his skills.
Nothing wrong with it, as he is able to advise you proper solution for your needs.
As I said - it is very stupid to start saving few dollars on steadicam and vest system.
Most probably you end up selling crap you bought.
