Image is blurring using GH2 body with Nikon 18-55mm AF-S

I brought an ebay adapter len to use a Nikon len on my GH2 body. The setup was quick and easy, but when I put the lens with the body and turned on the camera, the image on the screen was blurry. Anybody have an ideas as to why this is happening? I doubt that this is about hacks :-)

It is more about faulty adapter or faulty lens.

If it is a faulty adapter, is there a recommended one that you would prefer for Nikon lens? Thanks in advance.

Just checking, but you have to focus the lens manually....

I tried that doing that and using the aperture ring and the focus is still bad.
