GF3 hack issues

I cannot for the life of me get my GF3 to accept my hack update. I've been successful with my GH2, but this little camera continues to give me the "no picture available" when I hit play to upload the hack. I've downloaded the proper PTools, loaded and changed the firmware based off of other user's settings, but no go. What up?
