5DtoRGB batch Windows help

I use 5DtoRGB to convert to DNXHD for post in Avid. Desperate to find some way to batch convert and leave overnight.
Paolo Rudelli's Batch software AFAIK is only useful for dealing with MOV files you have already created using 5DtoRGB. It's no use for batch converting original MTS rushes - or am I missing a trick?
Someone who has a good Windows 5DtoRGB GH2 workflow - please help! (I'm using Flowmotion 100Mb btw) Thanks so much
