I want to upgrade my computer with a Geforce 680 card to speed up rendering/previeviewing with the GPU. The performance increase seems to be significant. I'm using Sony Vegas Movie Studio. My question is in regard to how much ram the card should have; 2 or 4 GB?

I think, for Sony software is does not matter.
It matters for grading in Davinci.
@espenB if youre getting the card for any sony software I wouldnt do it. I was using sony vegas pro 11 and I got the gtx 670 and sony's software doesn't support the gtx 600 series cards. I called asking if there would be an update and they said not in the near future.

Minimum system requirements;
"NVIDIA - Requires a CUDA-enabled GPU and driver 270.xx or later. ◦GeForce GPUs: GeForce GTX 4xx Series or higher (or GeForce GT 2xx Series or higher with driver 285.62 or later)."
Am I missing something?
