I'm just trying to build something similar from EM-320E + hotshoe shock mount + RCA -> 2.5mm + something for XLR -> RCA http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/190804377083?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300736755018?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/370742225882?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
If I knew one of these deals, I would probably have bought one of these. The mic is cheap, but the adapter, shock mount, 2.5 cable, XLR stuff etc. add up to more than the mic!
If you want to get normal sized shotgun I suggest to get something better than you referenced.

Has anyone tried the mic in the first post (MIC-120)?
Frim that I heard it is not best thing on earth, but if you check further posts, price dropped, so you can just try it. Worst thing is small batteires it uses if I remember it right.
bump! has anyone tried any of these two mics, ishoot or mic 120? There's only one review for the ishoot mic.
Mic 120 looks like a knock off this http://queaudiousa.com/Portfolio%20Items/q-sniper-pro-microphone-kit-2/. At first, I thought it was a bad rebranding joke but the specs seem a little different.
