@driftwood Do you really want to downgrade to 10.8? Turning your Mac into some sort of iCrap Appstore frontend.

10.7 is bad enough, but 10.8 will be really bullshit: bad code and CPU usage will make your hardware much slower than it is, programms (apps) will update only via Appstore, a lot of fancy blingbling that will further slow you down (fullscreen mode that will turn your second display black, animated windows that take processing power and take for ever to switch, mouse drivers only optimised for the really bad mighty mouse,...). The last OSXs are not for (professional) users that really do want to get work done. And don't forget the Apple/Adobe collaboration to make you upgrade and PAY for every new version of there software, even if you don't need nor want it (and often its worse than the previous version).

After trying 10.7 and reading about all the new "features" in 10.8, I installed 10.6.8 back on my Mac. Now its useable again.

I guess 10.9 will be iOS, one operating system for all Apple products.
