Still , some places elections are better than others...and still, any election is better than none at all, and still, I don't see any evidence that the 'ruling class' is using mail in ballots, or cancelling debates, but still, some people fit their conspiracy theories to fit their own ideas.... still, some things never change.

You need to strongly underline word "still".

We already see "elections" being adjusting according to the will of ruling class (using mail, trying to cancel debates, etc).
