• HDDs - two major manufacturers left, cartel agreements for years since flood, prices dropping slowly. Most fun that it is now most stable market sector, being on of the worst for few years.
• CPUs - two manufacturers, AMD can't sell stock of 8 core CPUs and constantly lie to press that it did not reduced prices (because it means they need to reduce it to all clients and will be impossible to rise again and they do not want it). All, 100% Ryzen 4 and 6 core CPUs are actually 8 core CPUs, but made 4 core to allow keep premium margins on top processors. Intel producing same thing again and again with yearly 2-3% performance increase.
• Video cards - two manufacturers, media made slight error, as manufacturers did not anticipate such effect with crypto mania. Result - absence of all cards except absolute entry level and absolute top in many countries, ridiculous price rises also happens can reach 60-80%. Even more funny is that manufacturers are afraid to increase production because this ales boom is not based on any real value and can vanish quickly also (but can continue for quite long if supported by media).
