Cool video but I think they missed an opportunity by not having a shot of sixteen clowns getting out of a VW Beetle, setting up the bikes, and then riding away lol. As for the bike, it seems like that short top tube gives it an extremely upright cycling position, almost like a unicycle, which I wouldn't imagine would help with stability or going fast, but maybe a nifty in town commuter that interfaces well with getting on and off public transport.

Upright position is actually natural for any real commute trips :-)
Low positions have one main target - to reduce air resistance.
Also good for visibility. ; )

Just don't take it anywhere near London potholes ;)
I do not see huge problems with it. Most of modern cities have now are more adapted to disabled people and so little wheels are more useful now.
I mean potholes in the road, in the path of a cyclist. It would be fine for a city with extensive cycle-routes, but London? not fit for general road use I'd say.
