    Can be reason why all hardware sites are so mad about gaming. Like children.

    Is it just me, or does the year 2010-11 have any correlation between Intel Integrated Graphics and the beginning of the decline in GPU sales? Many people that buy a computer for business simply just don't need to buy a dedicated GPU to have a gaming session on a friday night.

    Maybe Intel should think about also removing the GPU from their CPU! :-P That should push up GPU sales!

    You are right and wrong.

    Intel GPUs reduced cards market. But it also hit software and society paid for this big price.

    Now most people think that you need new computer or change at least MB/CPU to upgrade. Not just add or change GPU.

    Due to abundance of Intel on chip GPUs and lack of any proper standard software support for GPU is bad, outside games.
