GH4 shutter speed decimal places confusion

Leant my camera to someone and now when I turn the shutter speed wheel it changes in decimal places i.e 50, 49.4, 49.8, anybody know what I need to change back in the menu? Thank you.

Sounds like it's in shutter angle mode instead of shutter speed. You can switch it back somewhere in the menus.

It is variable framerate mode. The manual tells you everything about it.

my apologies for incorrect info. It is Synchro Scan mode designed to reduce lighting flicker.

@caveport Thanks. Funnily enough I realised it today when I used synchro scan again and found the same thing.
