@Vitaliy "May be he is very good at measurement but does not know a thing about image processing and AA filters? Especially at the time when image processing and AA filters can be main reason for performance difference?"
I once saw a paper from him regarding the Sony F3 and thought his comment that there is no AA filter at all was irony. Maybe it wasn't …
And Aria is right that he is very video metric – after all the BBC is his employer.
a6300 under a drone, that's what I want also. Not too bad
AF tests
I assume it is the rolling shutter, but I find the last video to have so much jello as to be almost sickness inducing. It looks like you would never want to pan using the A6300? I'm assuming the weird warping is due to the rolling shutter issue with this camera?
the handheld "test" with that long lens is just useless. If you know that RS is an issue you have to avoid stirring like a bowl of a cake mixture.
Now you just MUST buy this camera, Ken told.
The A6300 is a fantastic little camera. If you think you want one, get one. I love its EVF, speed, tiny size, tough build and great looking pictures in any light — as well as its completely silent operation. It just shoots and shoots and shoots in any light, even with the tiny kit lens.
dpreview gives this camera a gold award....but....the video section reviewer doesn't know his arse from a hole in the dirt !

....and when ken rockwell likes a camera....I can't think of a better reason to avoid it !
Looking forward to the a6500 !
What fault do you find with dpreview's video review of the a6300?
@balazer ....did you read it ? He admits he doesn't know anything about video. Not once did he mention "rolling shutter" , not even in the "cons" . It's a complete amateur review supposedly coming from the worlds best camera reviewer ! Cameralabs will even outdo this, and image-resource will wayyy outdo it.
@kurth, sure, I read it. :) Did you see the video he posted? Every shot was stationary on a tripod. It was like a moving slideshow. He comes from a photo background, and he was very upfront about that.
Anyway, what do you expect? Every single 4k camera now except the ones that do 4k/60p have bad rolling shutter, to varying degrees.
@balazer ....the rx10's don't as well as the fz1000. As well pany's m43 4k cameras are performing much better. The rs issue imho makes this camera useless to anyone except talking head interviewers....and photographers.
