    A maverick will still confuse it... problem with the machine playing professionals is the machine relies on a certain predictability...an unorthodox style of play would be very difficult for the program...professionals apprenticed in the game...therefore a certain style is "learned" from their sensei...will be very interesting to see the result against a higher ranked player!
