I came across this review. It's way too long, but if you skip ahead to 11:30 he has the transmitter on his back under his shirt and the results aren't very good. I'm not sure if this is a malfunctioning unit or if that football field was super saturated with 2.4ghz signals. Under clothing performance for narrative work might not be an option. I'm hoping that is not the case and the guy was reviewing faulty device.

I own this set. It is nice that they are small, but I would advice against buying them.

They really do not handle interference well (the signal drops very easily)
They take a trrs plug for the microphone, which means that you will have to buy adapters or buy microphones that work with them (the Rode Smartlav + works, sounds good and can be had quite cheaply).
The charging table is a mini usb (not the micro one), which has become really rare. For the extra money, I would much rather give the rode wireless go a try. I'd be very surprised if they did not work better.
