Going to use Driftwood' setting inside a church in 24p mode, on tripod to record the First Communion. My intend is use the frame grap to make still photos from gh2. Thanks @ Papalias' advice in another thread that using Sedna 24p with shutter 125 or so. Is any one reading this ever get it done this way? The day is coming this week end and I am nervous now. I will use Olympus 45 mm as the lense for video. The church assigned me to get the job done but there will be also other photographer" hired " by their kids's family be with their crazy flash.I also use another GH1 myself with panasonic 14-140 lense to take stiils and thinking about using flash, worrying the flash light will destroy the video.

Your advice would be appreciated.

Here's a pic I took of a female land iguana getting ready to munch on a cactus leaf. This was taken on December 26 on Santa Cruz Island, Galapagos, Ecuador using the 100-300 lens at 300.

pilpop's pic looks like HDR(High Dynamic Range) to me. You assemble together pictures that are taken at various exposures. Can quite often have that effect depending on how far you push it

Wow. Like @LucasAdamson said, that photo of yours really looks like a painting. Did you use HDR or any post-production magic? In any case: Beautiful Stuff! After all, your early GH2 videos had a major role in my decision of buying this little storytelling machine that's called GH2. So, it's no wonder that your stills work also rocks.

The earth is a joke!
It`s done in Cinema 4D ;)
Eventually one day i can fly with my GH2 to the stars, but right now there is not enough money to do that.

On a fishing trip in Cabo, and a pod of humpbacks decided to put on a show. These are @300, on a moving boat, waves, etc. Glad I had the 100-300. Also a shot of a blackbird vs. Redtail Hawk, also with the 100-300.
