Suggestions on a tripod head to buy for these legs?

    I've got a pretty decent pair of legs that currently hold a equatorial mount and telescope. I'm looking for a decent head to mount on this for my gh2 and future cage/shoulder rig etc. Any suggestions? Or am I pissing into the wind on this?

    Something like this would be another option...leaving the current mount in play. I dunno.

    I guess I assumed that if these were capable of supporting something as heavy as my telescope properly, then perhaps they would be more than adequate for my camera?

    They are just heavy and unhandy things.

    went with a ravelli avtp, actually very capable set of legs and head for under 200. Thanks for the advice!
