Deep Format of SDXC card?

Does anyone know of a way to deep format sdxc cards? I remember reading somewhere that when you use hacks, its good to do a deep format of the card.

I am getting alot of the card was to slow for recording messages on my gh2 and was wondering if a DEEP FORMAT could help

hey dtr does that sd card program work with SDXC cards? I forgot to mention its a SDXC card
