With this you'll get a good two handle solution for under $40.
360 degree rotating (so they face the right direction) Mountain Bike Bar Ends. http://www.ebay.com/itm/360581573227?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
Berkey System Handle Bar Sleeves. They usually send out one plastic one and one metal one. Ask for two metal ones, they grip better. http://www.berkeysystem.com/store/hand-grips-and-accessories/handle-grip-sleeves/
And just pick up some $10 bicycle handle grips from your local bicycle store to slide over the bar ends.
You can mount them going up for the rods to have a handheld solution or you can mount them down from the rods to complete a shoulder type rig. I bought this set up and it is a better solution than any other more expensive solution I've tried.
I'll post more pictures soon once I get the handle grips put on and I have a camera around to mount on it.
@Brian202020, Hey I was thinking the same thing but to be honest I didn't put 2+2 together regarding Bicycle Handles and the 15mm Sleeves to make the Handles work with 15mm rods. Can't believe I never put that together in my mind. THANKS!!!
They are also bigger, heavier, uglier, and not adjustable. Going with the rotatable mountain bike bar ends you can rotate them and have them angle any direction you want. The price of the handles you posted is only the starting bid, and it can go up. Even if it doesn't go up you only save a few dollars. Also you can get handle grips to put over the bar ends for cheaper than $10 on eBay. I paid $7.50 for the ones I ordered. It's always good to have options tho.
I agree, I missed rotation advantage.
Alsoc check this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lensse-15mm-DSLR-DV-Camera-Rig-15mm-Clamp-Handle-/130895556473?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item1e79fbaf79
Now I like that one better, but it's missing a way to connect it to rods. Also with shipping its $45 for one handle, $90 for two.

Cheap 15-15mm clamps.
And yep, they will be more expansive and small ball mount is not best idea.
More pictures with the grips added as well as my GH2 on the top.
