Cheap and light tripod with video head

Trying to match to some model here in Europe. -
My light tripod options is a Manfrotto 701HDV head with a Manfrotto 190XB tripod legs with the replacement Manfrotto Leveling Center Column. I found them all used on Ebay so worked out to be under $200.
I did seriously consider the Libec TH-650 though but didn't like those legs. -
