Anyone heard of Lindos preamps and mice?

Seems like Lindos have a pretty high performance preamp and stereo mic setup for 199 pounds. http://www.lindos.co.uk/home - They have a cable that fits the GH2 as well (cable has some type of attentenuation built in?) . Sample sound from outdoor drumming session -

sounds pretty nice for an outdoor recording. The preamp has an ultra simple interface and looks like it's pretty well built and is supposedly very low noise. GH2 live recording -

The manufacturer seems to be suggesting that the GH2 mike input is bass reduced by default and requires a special lead and adapter to correct this by equalizing the bass freq. Can any of the audio experts on PV confirm this are explain what exactly this means. http://www.lindos.co.uk/video
