which CF Card for Intra All-I Compression of 5D MIII?

    I'm using this camera for still shooting primarily. I need a new CF card and I would like to be sure that it works for All-I Compression too. Is there a need for SanDisk ExtremePro 90MB/s or is the SanDisk Extreme 60MB/s fast enough? I did some short test with my existing 45MB/s and it worked fine but I would not rely on that in all cases. Price difference 60 vs 90 MB/s is 90€ for a 32GB card.
