    The University of Florida has removed Communist Manifesto author Karl Marx – whom the university has called a “philosopher, radical economist and revolutionary critic” – from the name of a study room in the library. Incredibly, the school claims the decision is based on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

    The University of Florida told The National Desk that given the current events in Ukraine and elsewhere in the world it determined it was appropriate to remove Karl Marx's name, which was placed on the group study room in 2014..
