Very clever. I am a minority owner in a startup in Texas that is manufacturing patent-pending, energy-efficient EPS foam building panels with steel studs embedded. We've completed several projects already. Framing a 2k sq ft house takes 2 workers less than a day. Rather than a Boxabl direct-to-consumer model, we'll predominantly work with custom builders, although we will offer pre-fab kits (small, medium and large). I love where the market is headed. Finally efficiency and superior energy efficiency is being offered.

Much better had been to do it changing the camera placement, so it won't show rocket at all. But as place is really small it is very hard to do without making perception much worse.
