    Regulatory authorities in China are planning to amend legislation that will allow them to block the placement of shares of domestic companies on foreign stock exchanges, even if the legal entity selling the shares is registered outside the country. Thus, the Chinese government wants to ban local tech giants from entering the US stock market.
