From June 28, only “protected visitors” from the coronavirus infection COVID-19 will be able to go to cafes and restaurants. The corresponding decree was signed by the mayor of the capital Sergei Sobyanin.
Confirmation of protection from COVID-19 will be considered either the completion of the vaccination course, or the illness suffered in the last six months, or the presence of a fresh document on a negative test. According to the decree, a QR code confirming a negative COVID-19 test will be valid for three calendar days.
"No paper references or certificates will be accepted," Sobyanin warned. According to him, it is possible to confirm the availability of protection against COVID-19 only with the help of a special QR code, which can be obtained from June 25 at the registry of the city polyclinic or using electronic portal.
And, I suppose, it is permanent thing. Soon it will be widened to everything else, including transport.

QR codes will be available to citizens who have been vaccinated with the second component of the vaccine (or single-component vaccine) registered in Russia, have had COVID-19 within the last six months, or have a negative PCR test valid for three days from the date of registration analysis results in the laboratory.
So, people with native antibodies are excluded.

Very bad news
The Moscow authorities can extend the QR code system to other industries besides catering.
“Let's get this straight: public transport and shops - maybe not quite soon. But we have ideas on which industries can join this program. "
“In the future, QR codes can be introduced in theaters, such ideas have already been expressed. It is impossible to say exactly yet, but the measures will be rolling, in a couple of months it can reach the transport. "
Unvaccinated residents of Yugorsk and Sovetsky in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug will have to go into self-isolation from July 2. They will be allowed to leave the house only in some cases, - to the store, to throw out the trash or to walk a pet nearby.
This is open crime.
Will be universal and worldwide
Google is implementing support for digital vaccination passports in the Android operating system. COVID-free zones have not met the expectations of restaurateurs. The number of guests dropped by 90%. There were very few people willing to visit a restaurant with a QR code or a negative test result on their hands.
