It seems like James made special spectacle here, most probably ordered by one of his partners who make expensive stuff.

First, he, most probably, removed safety valve that is around 12-15 bars.

Second, he did something with coffee, most probably adding coffee dust and pressing it all hard. After each grind we have fast cut and only after this he starts tempering.

As owners told that you can get perfect coffee on this even with default single wall baskets (that are harder to use) and using build in grinder. All works perfect and proper 8-10 bars (that barometer also shows proper).

Steamer also good.

Overall is is working, good 58mm pro group machine.
