According to the FSB, Zyankovich arrived in Moscow after consultations in the United States and Poland to meet with representatives of the Belarusian Armed Forces to persuade them to participate in a military coup involving local and Ukrainian nationalists. “After documenting the meeting, the conspirators were detained by the Russian security agencies and handed over to their Belarusian partners,” the FSB said.
