Microsoft Office 2021 will be last available on non subscription basis

Microsoft Office will also see a new perpetual release for both Windows and Mac, in the second half of 2021.

Outside of corporate world (that demanded it being made) Microsoft will be very silent about this product.

It is expected that product page will be well hidden similar to many software companies now that push subscription only products.

With move to subscription model on Windows during 2022, Office will become part of one of extra subscription packs.

Office Home and Student 2021 will be priced at $149.99 and include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams for PC and Mac. Office Home and Business 2021 is priced at $249.99 and will include everything in the Home version and Outlook for PC and Mac
