  • This is amazing. 8 tracks with overdub... (two in stereo pair and 6 independent) smaller and cheaper than F8. Perfect for music.

  • Would have been extremely nice if this had 32 bit float recording and USB C. You'd have to get the F6 for $650 if you wanted those. Also would have been nice if it had a standard removable Lithium-Ion Battery instead of having to use 4 double A batteries. A solution would be to use an external power brick.

    Still seams like a neat device that I wouldn't mind owning.

    Also.. "You can use your iPhone or iPad to monitor level meters and press record, play, and stop in each H8 application mode. Just insert the BTA-1 Bluetooth module (available separately) to your H8 and connect to your iOS device."

    That's a feature you'd also find in the F6 and F8N.
