    Wenders made Der Stand der Dinge from his earning while infighting with Coppola making Hammett. The short ends were given to Jarmusch which he used to start filming Stranger Than Paradise. It's a film about making films. It's got Sam Fuller. It's in my authentic dvd collection. I'll love watching it in hd....

    They even dragged Roger Corman outa Santa Monica for a cameo at Century City. The "director's" POV shot is at Sunset and Vine, not Hollywood and Vine :) Sunset and Vine was where Hollywood's first movie was shot in 1913, Cecil B DeMille's The Squaw Man.
