Two leaks happened recently.

The Xbox source code includes the kernel for the operating system on the original console, a custom version of Windows 2000. It seems like this kernel and source code has been passed around privately among enthusiasts previously.

Source code for a near-final version of Windows NT 3.5 has also appeared online. The source code includes all the necessary build tools, and should allow enthusiasts to dig into the old operating system.

People need to organise and talk to developers inside this horrible machines to organize huge leaks of all actual source code. Of course it won't change system and it is not enough alone.
