    And next talk is Baiden with Poroshenko (ex president of Ukraine), leaked today (actually lot of talks made by Poroshenko himself, in secret)

    In long talk Poroshenko mentions that they managed to rise communal payments (electricity, water and all else) by 100% (doubled).
    Despite IMF asked them (privately, of course) to only rise them by 75%.
    And Baiden responds - you did all right, good.
