Lens Hacks for Focus-By-Wire Speed/Sensitivity

Has anyone done any work around reverse engineering the firmware for any of the mFT lenses?
Specifically, I am interested in changing the sensitivity of the focus ring on lenses such as the Panny 20mm & 25mm so that they are more follow focus friendly.
