    Companies managers are now stuck with only two ideas - making cosmetically different premium stuff and making premium stuff with larger sensors.

    As I told - issue is not management personalities, issue is not enough socialization - too few people are involved in development and cameras software creation. On initial stage mergers will help (but Japanese organization prevents even them!), but in the end they will be back to square one and either will vanish or will make proper camera OS and use modular approach.
