    Such kit is quite frequently first light kit you buy for small studio.
    So it is very important to trey to get kit with not so bad bulbs supplied. Later you will change them to better ones or even leds, but it must be useful from the start.

    Excelvan SHLP-045 bulbs, Measurement using Lisun in Germany, Russian Lab processing

    We cover spectrum, color temperature, and all modern color quality standards, including latest 2016 and 2017 years ones.

    Never select light based on just CRI number.

    Focus on TM30 and CIE 224 and look for color distortion and Rf values.

    Excelvan SHLP-045 is not bad among affordable fluorescent bulbs, for best results use color target and/or custom LUT for your videos.

    Spectrum typical for better quality phosphor fluorescent bulbs, note three main peaks.

    Surprisingly good, light has little green tint, but very little.

    CRI color quality

    Also not bad, all colors close to skin tones have quite high values. Can safely ignore super saturated red value - it is such for all fluos.

    Thing that it tells us - picture will definitely need grading, best is to make custom LUT to save time.

    Yet - skin tones are quite good and gray is also.
