Probably not good for gh5 400mbps mode right ?

Because the 100MBps number is for reads and the 90MB/s number is a burst write number, not a sustained write speed. In theory, you need at least a V60 card for 400mbps mode on the GH5 and I've found mine is not completely reliable at that speed - better to just get V90 cards for that.

Though you should also do some tests to figure out if you really need the 400mbps mode. In my tests, there were minimal differences between it and the 150mbps 10-bit mode, even in scenes with a pretty decent amount of movement and/or noise. For 150 megabits, you can get by with a V30 card or maybe even a standard U3 card (I haven't tried it since I already have a couple of V90 cards).
