Panasonic gx80 update 1.2 vs 1.1 working?

Is it save to install update Panasonic gx80 update 1.2, I read some topics that image stabilisation got worse for some people? Updates have some risks, so is it recommended to do so? Any negatives or positives? 1.1 to 1.2 I read have some improvements but doesn't sound like alot of big differences, maybe only sound issues, could improve and better sound I always like. Some people also maybe could prefer firmware 1.1?
